What is the weight limit for toughooks?
Toughooks are incredibly strong.
They are manufactured as a single piece injection molding, using Nylon PA6 polymer.
In house weigh tests show all Toughooks are capable of supporting
weights up to 88lbs (40kg) with ease, and should be more than sufficient
for personal items of clothing or bags.
We highly recommend that Toughooks are professionally and securely
fixed to the wall surface as it ultimately is these fixings that will
determine how much weight can be hung from them.
It is more likely that the wall fixings would fail before a Toughooks!
Can I make a revision to my order?
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact Info@toughookusa.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed and shipped out we cannot make a revision.
Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 2-9 business days depending on what shipping option you choose. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What items are returnable?
- Toughook individual hooks and color packs.
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- PerfectFit Rails
- Any Bespoke Coat Rails
- Robe Hooks
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
