We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders below $50, the shipping fee varies based on the shipping courier you choose.

Our hooks are made from high-quality Nylon PA6 for durability and strength.

Each hook is designed to support a maximum weight of 88 lbs, but this capacity depends entirely on secure mounting. To achieve this weight limit safely, it’s essential to use suitable, weight-rated hardware and ensure it’s correctly installed. If the hook is not mounted securely or the hardware used cannot bear the weight, the hook may not hold as intended.

Tax exemption is applicable for any customer with a valid tax-exempt certificate (schools for example, are tax exempt). If you possess a tax-exempt certificate and would like to qualify for tax exemption on your order, please email it to us at info@toughookusa.com for verification. Once verified, we will remove any tax charges from your order.

Yes, we do accept purchase orders from schools. While we typically require payment in advance, we understand that some situations may necessitate flexibility. If advance payment poses a challenge, please don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re committed to finding solutions and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

USA Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50, Excluding PerfectFit Rails.

For Hooks Only orders under $50, standard shipping (7-9 business days) is just $5.99.

You can upgrade to expedited shipping (3-5 business days) for $15.

Additionally, you can upgrade to our fastest available shipping option – Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) for $19.

Canada, Mexico, DC & Puerto Rico and any other more remote locations  may incur extra shipping costs. We will contact you after we have received shipping quotes to remote areas and a surcharge may apply. If you live in a remote zone it would be ideal if you could have your parcel sent to a mainland pick up address, one that you know couriers will send to as normal :-)
