30 Day Returns

You’re going to love your hooks, we’re absolutely sure of it.

But let’s say you don’t – you can return them (unused) within 30 days of purchasing them and we’ll give you a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Or swap them for a different size or color, whichever you prefer.

** We cannot accept returns on PerfectFit & Bespoke Coat Rails **

If you ordered a customized coat hook rail then this cannot be returned (unless it's faulty) as it has been made especially for you. If you're not sure about the Toughook, maybe try a sample pack before placing an order for a bespoke rail.

How do I return?

Can I make a revision to my order? 

  • If you made an error when placing your order, please contact info@toughookusa.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed we cannot make a revision.

Where is my order?

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 2-9 business days depending on what shipping option you choose. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • PerfectFit Rails
  • Any Bespoke Coat Rails

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
