In 2018, the former director of a massive e-commerce firm, Eli C., watched his son graduate.
He also watched coats, backpacks, and lunchboxes pile on the floor.
This created a mess that was as unsafe as it was disorganized.
Because it was on the floor, everything got dirty as well…
Unable to support the weight of everything students needed to have with them in school… metal hooks snapped.
This created jagged edges, ripping fabric, and skin alike.
After seeing this, Eli's confidence in his son’s learning environment began to fade.
If the school doesn’t care about the storage for
students, what else don’t they care about?
Looking for a solution, Eli found one with Toughook.
Sharing his concerns and solution with the school, they, unfortunately, refused this solution.
Determined to not give up and to share this innovative hook, Eli reached out to the CEO of the soon-to-be sister company.

Being the perfect opportunity to showcase how strong and lasting these hooks are, Tony asked the gym to put them to the test.
The climbing gym responded by creating a climbing wall out of them.
